This trolley is fall protection rated at 400 lb — verify capacity and flange fit before use. Never exceed the rated WLL for lifting or the 400 lb fall protection limit. Confirm trolley is fully seated on the beam with anti-drop plates engaged before attaching a fall arrest system. Inspect wheels, bearings, width adjustment, and beam condition before every use. Remove from service if any component shows deformation or wear.
