For larger orders weighing over 120 pounds, we offer LTL Truck Freight shipping. Additionally, customers have the option for convenient Customer Pickup from our facility. Our return policy requires prior approval for all returns or exchanges. Please note that fabricated, cut-to-length, or special order items are not eligible for returns. Additionally, returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase, and orders exceeding $999 are not eligible for returns. Approved returns or exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Any discrepancies or receiving claims must be reported within five (5) days of receiving the order.
