The original Green Pin — forged in Sliedrecht, Netherlands since 1922. Grade 6 high tensile steel, hot-dip galvanized, with the trademark green-painted pin. 6:1 safety factor across the full range. EN 13889, ASME B30.26, and US Federal Spec RR-C-271 compliant. DNV GL, Lloyd's, ABS, and CE certified.
Grade 8
Grade 8 alloy steel for higher WLL in a compact form factor. Threaded chamber hidden in the shackle eye minimizes wear on connecting slings and fittings. 5:1 safety factor, rated -20°C to +200°C. Available with safety bolt, fixed nut, and screw pin configurations.
Arctic Rated
Engineered for extreme cold — rated to -60°C (-76°F), the industry's widest sub-zero operating range. Grade 8 alloy steel with 7:1 safety factor. Purpose-built for Arctic energy, offshore wind, and cold-climate construction. DNV 2.7-1 and DNVGL-ST-0378 certified.
Mega Capacity
For the heaviest lifts on earth — bow and dee shackles from 120 to 1,500 metric tons. Grade 8 alloy steel, painted silver body with green pin. Units over 150T ship with Lloyd's Register proofload test certificate. Triple safety system: split pin, safety bolt, and fixed nut.
Subsea
Purpose-built for remotely operated vehicle operations. White-coated bodies for underwater visibility, spring release and guided pin mechanisms operable at distance. ROV sling shackles with locking clamps for subsea rigging. 12–150 ton WLL range.
Dyneema
Lifting chain made from Dyneema UHMWPE fiber — 8x lighter than steel, 15x stronger weight-for-weight. WLL up to 10.3 tons in single-leg, 14.2 tons in multi-leg sling assemblies. DNV type-approved for lifting. Under 0.6 kg/m net weight.
Rigging Hardware
Six end-fitting combinations — eye-jaw, eye-eye, eye-hook, hook-hook, and jaw-jaw in safety bolt and cotter pin variants. Thread sizes 3/8" to 2-3/4". Hot-dip galvanized, ASTM F1145-92 compliant. Polar low-temperature variant available for cold-climate operations.
