2. Working Load Limits: Equipment must be used within stated Working Load Limits (WLL). Overloading voids all warranties and certifications.
3. Inspection Requirements: All lifting and rigging equipment requires regular inspection per OSHA and ASME standards before each use.
4. Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days in original, unused condition. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
5. Warranty: Products are covered by manufacturer warranty. Liftgear will assist with warranty claims but is not liable for consequential damages.
6. Safety: Customers must ensure all operators are properly trained on equipment use and safety procedures.
