The Elephant Quick Beam Push Type Trolley (QBT Series) is a quick-install push trolley with a stainless steel install plunger and double-sealed bearings. Install without tools — spring-loaded plungers allow the side plates to open and clamp onto the beam in seconds.

Verify beam flange width and thickness are within the trolley's rated range before loading. Never exceed the rated WLL. Inspect side plates, axles, wheels, and anti-drop plates before every use. Ensure beam ends have proper stops to prevent roll-off. Remove from service if wheels are worn, axles show deformation, or anti-drop hardware is damaged. Larger capacities ship LTL freight — confirm delivery address accepts LTL before ordering.
