Verify beam flange width and thickness are within the trolley's rated range before loading. Never exceed the rated WLL. Inspect side plates, axles, wheels, and anti-drop plates before every use. Ensure beam ends have proper stops to prevent roll-off. Remove from service if wheels are worn, axles show deformation, or anti-drop hardware is damaged.
