SKU: OBH500The OZ Lifting Electric Builder's Hoist is a lightweight, compact wire rope hoist designed for mounting to scaffolding, walls, or pipe brackets at construction sites and industrial facilities. Available in 500 lb and 1,000 lb capacities with 90 ft of lift on standard 115V power. A wireless remote version (OBHW) is available for added freedom of movement. All models include a dynamic and mechanical dual brake system, upper and lower limit switches, and a sensor arm that shuts off the motor to prevent reverse winding. CE and FCC certified.

Never exceed the rated capacity for your specific model. Inspect wire rope, hook latch, and mounting point before every lift. Do not use if wire rope shows kinking, fraying, or wear. Ensure the mounting structure is rated for the applied load. Do not exceed the 25% duty cycle — allow adequate cooling time between lifts. Disconnect power before performing any maintenance or inspection.
